Cookie Policy

Last updated: 18 August 2026.

This Cookie Policy explains how International Fertility Group uses cookies and similar technologies on ifg-ivf.com, and how you control them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

How we ask for your consent

When you first visit the site, a banner asks which categories of cookies you allow. You can choose Accept all, Reject all, or open the details and allow individual categories and then press Save. Your choice is stored in a cookie on your own device and applies to that browser.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link in the footer of every page, which reopens the same preferences panel.

We use Google Consent Mode v2. This means the Google tag on the site is present from the start but is told what you have allowed: until you allow the relevant category, it does not read or write advertising or analytics cookies on your device. Necessary cookies, described below, are set regardless of your choice, because the site cannot function without them.

Categories we use

Necessary

Required for the site to work and to keep it secure. These do not need your consent and cannot be switched off.

  • XSRF-TOKEN — protects forms against cross-site request forgery. Expires after 2 hours.
  • ifg-session — keeps your browsing session on the site. Expires after 2 hours.
  • ee_consent — stores the cookie choice you made, so that we do not ask you again on every page.
  • __cf_bm, __cf_ob and similar — set by Cloudflare, our infrastructure provider, to distinguish humans from automated traffic and to keep the site available.

Statistics

Help us understand how the site is used, so we can improve it. Set only after you allow this category.

  • _ga, _ga_E5EWBQDNS0 — Google Analytics 4. Distinguish visitors and record how pages are used. Expire after up to 2 years.
  • TawkConnectionTime, twk_idm_key, twk_uuid_* — our live chat provider (Tawk.to). Keep the state of a chat conversation so it is not lost between pages.

Marketing

Used to measure and personalise advertising. Set only after you allow this category, and never when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.

  • Advertising cookies set through Google Tag Manager by Google Ads, when advertising is active. These allow us to measure which advertisements led to an enquiry and to show relevant advertisements on other sites.

Managing cookies in your browser

Besides the controls on this site, every major browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings. Blocking necessary cookies will prevent parts of the site — in particular forms — from working.
