Reccommendations how to increase the chances of successful pregnancy:
For the Intended Mother
- Abstain from taking any medicine. If there are some medicine to take on a regular basis, you have to inform your Doctor on it. It is very important to provide your Doctor this information before the start of the treatment;
- Exclude smoking and alcohol;
- limit coffee and other drinks which contain caffeine (no more the 2 cups per day);
- avoid changes in the daily nutrition and diets that tends to the weight loose;
- abstain from sexual activity for 3-4 days before the aspiration of oocytes and in the future after the embryo transfer till the day of pregnancy confirmation;
- abstain from the hot bath and sauna.
For the Intended Father
- abstain from sexual activity for 3 days before the aspiration of oocytes;
- abstain from the use of alcohol or any other drugs;
- abstain from taking medicine;
- abstain from strong black tea, coffee and smoking;
- abstain from the hot bath and sauna.
